What kind of support system do you have at home or wish you had?

My husband Ed is my support system. He has always been there for me with anything I've needed. The biggest thing is the grocery stores, I would tend to go down the cookie & candy aisles whether I wanted them or not. He stears me towards the outer aisles which are always the best ones for you. Your fruits and vegetables, meats, dairy it's the center aisles that become part of the problem.
When it comes to working out well that has been a problem lately, I was doing really well and for the past week I have felt like crap. Colds, constant headaches sorry if I sound like I'm complaining but I couldn't go on my treadmill with my head pounding. When I do workout out I like to go downstairs alone which my family is all real good about that. When it's nice out we go walking around the neighborhood in the evening with the dogs. That is a good time for my husband and I to catch up with each about our day also, I really like those walks.
I can't wait for this weather to change.

  1. I totally agree about walkin the pups. It's nice to just walk and think and unwind. A'course Sable pulls me down the street so it's not as peacefull as i'd like! I can't workout when I'm sick or I got monthly lady business, because it sucks! Feel better!
